Once your selections are submitted, we will confirm availability, craft a tailored proposal, and guide you seamlessly through booking, contracting, and event styling. Add to Registry
Create your personalized RSVP Registry by selecting desired items and services. Consider it your wishlist—provide your dates, contact information, and venue.
Receive Quote
Once submitted, our team reviews your request and sends a tailored quote based on availability, rental duration, and service needs.
Review & Approve Contract
Carefully review your itemized proposal and rental/service agreement. Once approved, a digital contract and invoice will be issued for signature.
Secure with a Deposit
A 50% deposit plus rental protection (if applicable) confirms your booking and reserves your selections.
Make Changes, if Needed
Need to swap an item or update guest count? You may submit changes up to 14 days before your event, pending availability.
Submit Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event. Payment plans and add-on services may be accommodated upon request.
Receipt of Goods & Services
Your rentals will be delivered, styled, or made ready for pickup as scheduled. Simply show up and experience - the RSVP difference!
